針對蔡英文的兩岸政見，馬英九總統在華視今天(3日)播出的專訪中表示，政府主張的「不統，不獨，不武」以及「一中各表」沒有智慧財產權的問題，蔡英文其實可以拿去照做；總統並認為蔡英文終究要面對如何維持現狀的問題，因為兩岸政策將會成為總統大選的勝敗關鍵。

馬英九總統日前接受華視新聞廣場節目專訪，在3日播出的訪談中，主持人詢問如果民進黨主席蔡英文當選總統，兩岸關係會有什麼樣的變化？馬總統回應表示，目前仍不清楚蔡英文要如何「維持現狀」，所以蔡英文如果不能主張「不獨」與「一中各表」，兩岸關係未來的情況「現在真的不敢說」。

總統認為，若能真正做到不統，不獨，不武與一中各表，兩岸可以繼續維持和平與繁榮，蔡英文如果認為政府過去7年來的這個做法正確，「就照我們的做」。總統說：『(原音)這個照做對我們來講有什麼侵犯，因為主要是對台灣好的，我們的政策也沒有智慧財產權，這不需要在這方面去計較，真正能做是好事。』

總統指出，台灣民眾都希望維持現狀，但蔡英文一定要回答如何維持現狀。總統說：『(原音) 一旦將來面對這個政策的時候，你不可能迴避的，所以這一點我覺得才是勝敗的一個關鍵。』

對於外界有人說蔡英文是「女版馬英九」，總統說他對此不予置評。

另一方面，關於台灣參與亞洲基礎設施投資銀行的問題，總統重申不可能接受「中國台北」名稱，這個立場也已清楚告知陸方。總統並強調，如果台灣無法以「中華台北」名義申請加入，「我們寧可不參加」。
